Payment Methods, Return & Refund Policy
We do our best to ensure that you have a smooth transaction experience from our store.
Payment methods include PayPal and Credit Cards.
PayPal is a safer, easier way to send and receive money online. When you select PayPal as the payment method, you will be linked to the PayPal site where you can make payment.
PayPal can be used to purchase items by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), Debit Card, or E-check (i.e. using your regular Bank Account).
- 1) After viewing your items on your shopping cart page, you can click and check out with PayPal.
Then you will leave our site and enter PayPal’s website.
- 2) You can sign in to your PayPal account, or you can create a new one if you haven’t got one.
- 3) You can use the PayPal as you want according to the on-screen instructions.
Usually, PayPal e-check will take 3-5 business days to be confirmed by PayPal.
The reasons why we suggest you use PayPal:
Payment is traceable. By using your PayPal account, you can trace the status of your payment.
When you make payment for your order, you don’t need to use your credit card online (you can transfer directly from your bank account). When you use your credit card through PayPal, nobody will see your credit card number, which will minimize the risk of unauthorized use.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If your order arrives damaged, please make sure to send us a photo of the damage by email to [email protected] within the initial 48 hours of receiving your shipment.
If you do not report the damage to us within this initial 48-hour period, we may not be able to honor your claim. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us.
- In the unfortunate event that the product is defective. (Its clearly broken and unusable)
- Product received is totally different from the order. (Requested Product A Received Product B)
- The size sent is not the same as the requested one. (Customer requests size S and the product received is labeled with size M) Unless the product description states otherwise
Customer has the right to receive a new product depending of the product availability. In case the product is not available, the customer will be refunded with the total amount.
Product Doesn’t Fit The Expectations:
- The selected size does not fit the customer’s measurements.
- Customer simply want a change for another product or return it.
- Patterns have some variations according with the picture.
- Color is slightly different from the picture.
- Material quality is not exactly what customer wants.
We may choose to offer a DISCOUNT CODE of 50% of the value of the product in exchange for the customer keeping the item, therefore avoiding possible shipping and customs costs.
- We’ll refund only to the same payment method from where customer originally pay.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Refund or Changes will be executed once we receive the tracking number from the customer as a guarantee.
- Items that are damaged, dirty, altered, or not in their original boxes or bags will not be accepted for return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
